INGREDIENTS

1 small or half large head of cauliflower
5 tbsp. El Pato Jalapeño Hot Sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 quarter lime
cilantro
salt
pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite sizes pieces. Arrange on baking sheet and add season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine El Pato Jalapeño hot sauce and butter in a large bowl. Heat in microwave until butter is melted and then stir.
  4. Toss Cauliflower in El Pato Jalapeño hot sauce mixture. Coat lightly.
  5. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Arrange now sauce covered cauliflower in a single layer.
  6. Bake to the desired level of crispness (40 mins to 1 hour) Flip cauliflower halfway through cooking.
  7. Squeeze lime over cauliflower, garnish with chopped cilantro and more El Pato Jalapeño hot sauce.
  8. Serve with ranch or sour cream. Dip and enjoy!
