INGREDIENTS
1 small or half large head of cauliflower
5 tbsp. El Pato Jalapeño Hot Sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 quarter lime
cilantro
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Cut cauliflower into bite sizes pieces. Arrange on baking sheet and add season with salt and pepper.
- Combine El Pato Jalapeño hot sauce and butter in a large bowl. Heat in microwave until butter is melted and then stir.
- Toss Cauliflower in El Pato Jalapeño hot sauce mixture. Coat lightly.
- Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Arrange now sauce covered cauliflower in a single layer.
- Bake to the desired level of crispness (40 mins to 1 hour) Flip cauliflower halfway through cooking.
- Squeeze lime over cauliflower, garnish with chopped cilantro and more El Pato Jalapeño hot sauce.
- Serve with ranch or sour cream. Dip and enjoy!
