Craving tacos and pizza? Why not eat both? Try this delicious and #ElPatoEats winning taco pizza recipe to satisfy both of your cravings.

INGREDIENTS

Crust: (makes 2 personal pizzas or 1 large pizza)

1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

Pizza toppings:

1/2lb ground turkey
1 16oz can of refried beans
1 packet of taco seasoning
2 oz. shredded cheese
2 Roma tomatoes
1 bag shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced onion
Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Mix together the flour and yogurt and knead like normal crust, split into 2 even amounts and roll out into crust. When the oven is preheated put crusts on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes
  3. Cook ground turkey in a skillet with taco seasoning until browned
  4. Spread refried beans onto partially cooked crust then top with meat, diced onion, and cheese
  5. Put pizzas back in the oven and cook 15 minutes
  6. When done cooking top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and El Pato Jalapeno Salsa 
  7. Enjoy with friends or keep it all to yourself!
